ELTS Life Skills is for people who need to prove their English speaking and listening skills at Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) Levels A1, A2 or B1.A1 English Test is a Secure English Language Test (SELT) for UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) provided through Language Cert’s Global network of Home Office approved SELT centres. It is a dual skill (speaking and listening) exam in English.
It is used for Spouse Visa wherein you are looking to get a leave to remain for 2.5 years in the UK.
IELTS Life Skills tests are taken face-to-face with an examiner and with one other test taker. You will be asked to conduct a structured conversation and must demonstrate that you can listen and respond to a number of tasks. IELTS Life Skills is a UK government approved Secure English Language Test (SELT) that assesses your English speaking and listening skills at Level A1, A2 or B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
