of hybrid and electric vehicle (HEV) technologies, analysis, design, component
selection and sizing at both system and vehicle level.This course introduces the fundamentals of hybrid electric vehicles. The course
includes hybrid vehicle classifications, high voltage safety, vehicle systems,
components, operation, and basic diagnosis. (Prerequisite: Admission to the
Automotive Service program).
