Mechanical quality control is a set of mechanical checks that detects potential errors in translated content that are easily missed by the human eye. These include omissions, numerical errors, inconsistencies, and punctuation issues in the translation compared to the source text. Many QC tools also have a function for checking consistency with any glossary that has been provided for the project, checking whether the terms in the glossary or termbase have been used in the translation.QA /QC Mechanical Engineer work under general direction, applying their skills and expertise to generate solutions that require development of improved techniques, procedures, or products.Responsibilities include assisting with planning, conducting, and evaluating approaches to meet project objectives in a timely, cost-effective function.Control systems use sensors and actuators (transducers) to measure key parameters of an environment, system, or device and apply math and physics to provide an appropriate action to the system or device. A well-designed and implemented control system provides both stability and performance suitable for the application.

2.Principal Accountabilities

• Analyze specifications and manuals and provide technical information to implement operating procedures, clarify ambiguities and solve problems

• Specify system components to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications

• Respond to emergencies and take remedial action as required to ensure health, safety and the environment are protected

• Assist senior management team in preparing sub contract agreements and in recruiting people of various disciplines

• Undertake team briefings and inception activities to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned parties

Quality inspection is one of the most demanding skills in the field of process industry like, Mechanical manufacturing, Oil & Gas, petrochemicals, aviation as well as power industries. The course has been designed to cover all the aspects of quality inspection from incoming raw materials to the products that are ready to be shipped by ensuring that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards set by the organization before being sent to customers.
